Nike Slovak Darts Open will bring the world's darts elite to Slovakia
One of the biggest sporting events is coming to Slovakia. The best darts players in the world will compete for valuable points in the world rankings. Slovakia joins the elite group of countries where this sport is presented at the world level.
Svetová šípkarská elita sa na podujatí Niké Slovak Darts Open predstaví v júni na budúci rok. Toto podujatie ako prvé na Slovensku spadá pod prestížnu sériu PDC European Tour, ktorá v rokoch 2026 pozostáva z 15 turnajov v rôznych mestách po celej Európe.
The Nike Darts Night, which took place in May this year, was a huge success and showed how hungry there is for darts in Slovakia. It is therefore to be expected that the full-fledged PDC European Tour event, which will bring the world's darts "live", will surpass this success even more.

* After the afternoon session, all fans must leave the arena. If they have all-day tickets or if they have tickets for the evening part, they will be allowed back into the hall after the hall has been cleaned at 18.00.
PDC European tour
European Tour je najväčšia séria profesionálnych turnajov v šípkach v kontinentálnej Európe. Na 15 turnajoch v roku 2026 v Nemecku, Holandsku, Rakúsku, Belgicku, Maďarsku, Švajčiarsku, Českej republike, Poľsku a po prvýkrát aj na Slovensku proti sebe počas troch dní (zvyčajne od piatku do nedele) nastúpia najlepší profesionáli v šípkach pred priemerne 15 – 20 000 divákmi v aréne a nespočetnými fanúšikmi šípok pred obrazovkou.
Profesionáli hrajú o čo najlepšie umiestnenie vo svetovom rebríčku PDC, ako aj o miesto v „PDC European Tour Order of Merit“ a tým aj o štartové miesta na Majstrovstvách Európy v šípkach, ktorých sa zúčastní 32 najlepších hráčov v tomto rebríčku.
Víťaz turnaja zinkasuje 30,000 eur a celkovo bude počas Tour vyplatených 2,7 milióna eur.
The 48 participants of each European Tour event are distributed as follows:
- Top 16 in the ranking PDC Order of Merit
- Top 16 in the ranking PDC Pro Tour Order of Meritwho are not yet in the top 16 of the PDC Order of Merit
- 4 hráči zo Slovenska!
- 10 winners of the respective qualification holders Tour Card
- 1 player: winner of the respective Nordic & Baltic qualification
- 1 player: winner of the respective East Europe qualification
The European Tour is broadcast/streamed live (DAZN, selected Sport1 events and national broadcasters).
PDC players
Although we won't know all the names of the players taking part in the tournament until the last few days before the tournament, it is most likely that all the biggest stars of the PDC will be joining us.
The PDC European tour is a prestigious carousel of tournaments that regularly brings together players from the top PDC Order of merit.

Are you a Slovak darts player who wants to make it to the big stage? Then join us and fight your way to the Nike Slovak Darts Open 2026!
Before the tournament itself, there will be a qualifying tournament in which any Slovak can play. This is your chance to secure one of the 4 starting spots in the tournament.
All Slovak citizens who are not Tour Card holders can participate.
